🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔ Diploma in Human Resources or Payroll (Degree = advantage)
✔ 3–5 years payroll administration experience
✔ Accredited training on Sage 300 People
✔ Experience handling large payroll volumes
✔ Knowledge of HRIS systems
✔ Intermediate Excel skills
✔ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
✔ Excellent communication & time management

Added Advantages:
⭐ South African Payroll Association membership
⭐ 3+ years Sage 300 People experience
⭐ SARS EMP201 & EasyFile submission experience
⭐ Strong financial & analytical skills

💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Maintain and review payroll data for accuracy
🔹 Process monthly payroll inputs, deductions & benefits
🔹 Submit EMP201 (monthly) and tax returns (bi-annual & annual)
🔹 Manage payroll variances and reconciliation
🔹 Oversee payroll officers/clerks
🔹 Handle promotions, transfers & employee records
🔹 Ensure full compliance with labour & tax legislation
🔹 Prepare payroll reports for audits
🔹 Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies
