Oracle South Africa is offering an exciting 12-month Sales and Marketing Internship designed for ambitious graduates ready to gain real-world experience, build in-demand skills, and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.

💼 About the Internship

This paid internship program is ideal for recent graduates who have not previously completed an internship or held a permanent role for more than 12 months. You’ll work closely with Oracle’s Field Engagement & Marketing team, supporting impactful campaigns that contribute directly to the sales pipeline.

In line with the Employment Equity Act, preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
✔ Support field engagement, events, and demand generation programs
✔ Track customer leads and analyze marketing performance data
✔ Prepare reports and insights for stakeholders
✔ Attend sales meetings and support campaign execution
✔ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
✔ Gain hands-on exposure to global marketing strategies

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✅ Diploma in Marketing (Required)
🎓 BCom in Marketing Management (Advantage)
🗣 Strong English communication skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office
🔥 Passion for marketing and willingness to learn
📊 Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
