🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the project you select, your tasks may include:

✅ Creating structured test cases that simulate real human workflows
✅ Defining gold-standard AI behavior and evaluation logic
✅ Analyzing AI agent logs, errors, and decision paths
✅ Working with code repositories & test frameworks
✅ Improving prompts, instructions, and evaluation scenarios
✅ Ensuring AI testing scenarios are production-ready & reusable

👨‍💻 Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for software engineers and tech professionals looking for part-time, non-permanent remote work.

✔ Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • Strong Python skills

  • Experience with Git & repositories

  • Comfortable with JSON/YAML

  • Understanding of LLM limitations (hallucinations, bias, context limits)

  • Familiarity with Docker

  • English proficiency: B2 or higher

  • CV must be submitted in English
