🧠 Key Responsibilities

As HR Director, you’ll lead and oversee the full HR function, including:

  • Strategic Business Partnering with leadership

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Performance Management

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • HR Systems, Data & Analytics

  • Talent Development & Employee Engagement

  • Labour Relations & Compliance

  • Planning, analytics, and change management initiatives

You’ll be part of the South African Management Team, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager with a dotted line to the Area HR Manager.


✅ Requirements & Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 7–8 years HR generalist / HR business partner / HR manager experience

  • Experience in a matrix & global organisation

  • Strong commercial and business acumen

  • Proven ability to execute HR strategy at national level

  • Experience with HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiters, Anaplan)

  • Team leadership experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication, facilitation & stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Willingness to travel 10–20%
