🛠 Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Supervisor, you will:
✅ Manage allocated resources (vehicles, stock, tools & devices)
✅ Ensure vehicle roadworthiness & compliance
✅ Supervise and coach technicians
✅ Handle technical & client queries (onsite & remote support)
✅ Perform high-quality hardware installations
✅ Repair, maintain & install vehicle tracking systems
✅ Maintain stock control and complete stock takes
✅ Ensure compliance with PSIRA standards
✅ Implement specialised OEM fitment techniques
✅ Resolve customer complaints professionally
🎓 Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric
✔ Valid Driver’s License (Code B)
✔ Clear Criminal Record
✔ PSIRA Grade C
✔ 6–10 years’ experience in vehicle tracking fitment
✔ Trade Test in Motor Electrical/Electronics (Advantageous)
✔ Auto-Electrician Qualification (Highly Advantageous)
