✔ Drive store turnover and hit sales targets
✔ Control expenses and manage stock shrinkage
✔ Lead, recruit, develop, and motivate staff

✔ Manage performance, processes, and compliance

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

🔹 Matric certificate
🔹 Minimum 3 years retail experience
🔹 At least 1 year store leadership experience
