🔎 Job Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Group Manager: Enterprise Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic asset management initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research for continuous improvement initiatives

  • Perform benchmark and impact studies

  • Provide technical support to Managers and Specialists

  • Assist in budget development and management

  • Support SCM processes for sourcing contractors and service providers

  • Draft and scope SCM documents in line with DLA requirements

  • Ensure data integrity within functional systems/databases

  • Manage reporting, documentation, and communication

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies

  • Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong report writing skills.

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Diploma/Degree (3 Years / 360 Credits) – Essential
✔ 2 years operational experience
✔ MS Office (Intermediate Level)
✔ Valid Code Driver’s License
✔ Must qualify for Top Security Clearance within 3 months
