🏬 About the Role: Floor Manager (40hr)

As a Floor Manager at Sportscene, you’ll play a key role in driving store success while leading a motivated, high-performing team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting store management with strong, hands-on leadership

• Driving operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset

• Motivating and inspiring the store team to hit performance targets

• Managing store KPIs (turnover, visuals, rewards & new accounts)

• Overseeing merchandise flow and visual standards

• Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔️ Matric Certificate
✔️ Minimum 3 years retail experience
✔️ At least 1 year in a store leadership role

• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

• High flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency

• Strategic sales planning & customer value management
