💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the CBAC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring governance, compliance, and smooth procurement processes within ACSA.

Your key duties will include:

✔️ Scheduling and coordinating CBAC meetings
✔️ Ensuring quorum and managing declarations of interest
✔️ Capturing clear and concise minutes
✔️ Managing tender documentation and compliance reports
✔️ Ensuring adherence to Section 217 of the Constitution
✔️ Verifying bidder compliance with procurement regulations
✔️ Liaising with SCM, Legal, and Risk teams
✔️ Submitting reports to National Treasury
✔️ Supporting governance and audit processes
✔️ Driving continuous improvement initiatives

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about governance and compliance.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✅ National Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain Management / Public Procurement / Logistics / Law
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) – Advantageous
📊 2–3 years’ operational experience in Supply Chain Management (Essential)
💻 Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
