🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As an IT Support Intern, you’ll gain practical experience by supporting a Learning Management System (LMS). Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the Learning Management System

  • Assisting with user account management (learners, tutors & admins)

  • Uploading and organising online learning content

  • Providing first-line technical support

  • Troubleshooting login and access issues

  • Monitoring system performance and reporting bugs

  • Assisting with basic IT reports and documentation

  • Supporting general IT administrative tasks

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

✔ Be a South African citizen
✔ Be unemployed youth aged 18–34
✔ Not have participated in YES before
✔ Have Matric
✔ Have completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
✔ Have basic knowledge of web-based systems and digital platforms
✔ Be willing to learn and work in a professional environment
