💼 Position: Project Manager – Business Development

SANParks is seeking an experienced professional to lead Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects within its Tourism and Marketing Division. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers with strong financial, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔ Business Degree in Commerce, Tourism, Project Management or related field
✔ 6+ years management experience (PPP implementation is a big advantage)
✔ Strong understanding of financial feasibility studies & legislation
✔ Excellent project, financial & analytical skills
✔ Negotiation, conflict management & strategic planning skills
✔ Strong written and verbal communication
✔ Computer literacy & change management skills

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, implement, and manage PPP projects from inception to financial closure
🔹 Ensure compliance with PFMA & Treasury Regulation 16
🔹 Engage internal & external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
🔹 Ensure projects deliver value for money, affordability, and risk allocation
🔹 Manage all project-related information systems
🔹 Support the General Manager: Business Development

💰 Salary Package

💸 R645,519.02 – R1,058,337.64 per annum
