🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
✔ Apply adult learning principles and instructional design
✔ Train on open pit mining safety, equipment & compliance
✔ Conduct assessments, evaluations, and coaching
✔ Maintain accurate training records and reports
✔ Promote a zero-harm safety culture
✔ Collaborate with learning practitioners and operations teams
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12

  • NQF4 OD ETDP Level 4

  • Competent on at least 3 Open Pit / TMM Machines

  • Valid EB / Code 08 Driver’s Licence

  • Computer literate

Advantageous:
➕ Blasting Certificate
➕ Rope / Hydraulic Shovel, Excavator, Drill certificates
➕ ISO 9001:2015
➕ Operational Risk Management training

💼 Experience Required

  • 4+ years as a Miner, TMM Operator, or Open Pit Foreman

  • Strong understanding of training methodologies & adult learning

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and mining operations

  • LMS / SIMS experience is a plus
