As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, build scalable Power BI dashboards, and develop robust data pipelines that support strategic decision-making across People and Corporate Shared Services.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
✔️ Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines
✔️ Perform advanced SQL analysis and data modelling
✔️ Translate business needs into data-driven insights
✔️ Standardise and automate reporting workflows
✔️ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
✔️ Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement
✔️ Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership

🧠 Skills & Competencies

✅ Advanced SQL (CTEs, performance tuning, aggregation)
✅ Strong Power BI & DAX expertise
✅ Experience with SSIS / data pipeline tools
✅ Deep understanding of data warehousing & dimensional modelling
✅ Strong stakeholder engagement & leadership skills
✅ Strategic and analytical mindset

🎓 Education & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, IT, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or similar)
📌 5+ years experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
🔐 Experience handling sensitive and confidential data
☁️ Bonus: Azure / Fabric, Python, R, Git, HR or Finance data exposure
