🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the project, you may:

  • Design structured test cases simulating real human workflows

  • Define gold-standard behaviors and evaluation logic

  • Analyze AI decision paths, logs, and failure modes

  • Work with code repositories and test frameworks

  • Improve AI prompts and instructions

  • Ensure scenarios are production-ready and reusable

✅ Who Should Apply?

This role is a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of software development experience (strong Python focus 🐍)

  • Experience using Git & code repositories

  • Comfort with JSON/YAML formats

  • Understanding of LLM limitations (hallucinations, bias, context limits)

  • Familiarity with Docker

  • English proficiency: B2 or higher

⏰ Time Commitment

  • Tasks take 6–10 hours per project (flexible — work anytime!)

  • Deadline-based, not shift-based

  • Fully remote

💰 Payment Details

  • Earn up to $80/hour 💸
