Red Bull South Africa is calling ambitious young talent to join its Early Career Programme as a Field Marketing Graduate Trainee based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

This is not an office job. It’s a hands-on, in-the-field role where you’ll help shape how Red Bull connects with consumers, influencers, and local communities — both online and offline.

🌍 About the Role: Field Marketing Graduate Trainee

As a Field Marketing Graduate Trainee, you’ll work closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to bring Red Bull’s brand to life at local level.

You’ll help activate campaigns across four powerful marketing pillars:

  • Consumer Collecting

  • Sports

  • Culture

  • Communications

All while building strong networks, driving brand relevance, and creating unforgettable experiences that connect directly with the heart of consumers.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Build and manage local influencer & opinion leader networks
✅ Execute innovative marketing initiatives with premium brand standards
✅ Support campaigns across On-Premise, Off-Premise & New Business channels
✅ Bring creativity, energy, and executional excellence into every project
✅ Be constantly out in the field — making things happen

🎓 Who Should Apply?

✔ A recent graduate (Bachelor’s Degree – preferably Marketing)
✔ A former Student Marketeer who truly lives the Red Bull brand
✔ A strong networker and connector with great communication skills

✔ Comfortable with planning, budgeting, and project execution
✔ Willing to travel 20–30%
