🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in driving store success by:

  • Supporting store management with strong leadership

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through a customer-centric mindset

  • Driving store performance using KPIs (turnover, visuals, rewards, new accounts)

  • Managing visual merchandising and stock presentation

  • Motivating and energising the team to perform at their best

  • Multitasking effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔ Matric Certificate
✔ 3+ years retail experience (with at least 1 year in a leadership role)
✔ Strong communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work flexible retail hours
✔ High attention to detail and ability to work independently
