💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administration Controller, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the store running smoothly and profitably by:

✔ Assisting the Store Manager with stock take & store administration
✔ Monitoring and analysing stock movement & shrinkage
✔ Ensuring compliance with admin systems, reporting & procedures
✔ Extracting and analysing store performance reports
✔ Controlling cash and transactional activities (POS systems)
✔ Upholding store safety, security & risk management procedures
✔ Supporting customer transactions and loyalty programmes
✔ Delivering exceptional customer service & driving satisfaction
✔ Supporting visual merchandising & housekeeping standards
✔ Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets

🎯 What You’ll Need to Qualify

✔ Grade 12 qualification
✔ Minimum 3 years retail or administration experience
✔ Strong administration & organisational skills
✔ Computer literacy
✔ Passion for fashion, retail & customer service
✔ Ability to work under pressure & multitask
✔ Willingness to work shifts
✔ Professional communication skills
✔ Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
