🎓 Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ A qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Industrial Psychology
✔ 2–3 years’ experience in Industrial Relations and CCMA case management
✔ Solid knowledge of the Labour Relations Act & employment legislation
✔ Experience with disciplinary hearings and investigations
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential matters
✔ CCMA accreditation (advantageous)

  • Manage disciplinary hearings and grievance procedures

  • Represent the company at CCMA hearings and labour forums

  • Advise management on IR issues and conflict resolution

  • Draft disciplinary charges, warnings, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct IR investigations and ensure legal compliance

  • Maintain accurate IR records and prepare reports

  • Liaise with unions, employee representatives, and legal advisors

  • Facilitate IR and compliance training sessions
