💡 About the Role

The IT Department at Head Office is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused IT Service Desk Agents to provide first-line technical support to stores, distribution centres, and head office users. This entry-level IT role is perfect for graduates and junior IT professionals ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

✅ Minimum Requirements

✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Basic IT qualification or coursework (CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent)
✔ 0–6 months IT support experience (graduates welcome)
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office & basic troubleshooting
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
✔ Retail or POS system exposure (advantageous)

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle Service Desk calls and user requests
• Log and manage IT incidents and service requests
• Provide first-level hardware & software support
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, tills, pricing & network issues
• Monitor service levels and escalate when required
• Liaise with stores, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate IT support records
• Support and collaborate with fellow IT team members
