🎯 Key Purpose

You’ll be responsible for the administration of Section 14 and Section 50 investment transfers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and world-class service delivery.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Processing Section 14 & Section 50 transfers
✔️ Managing telephonic & email queries
✔️ Following up on outstanding documentation
✔️ Liaising with financial advisors & insurers
✔️ Monitoring cases within SLA timeframes
✔️ Handling escalations and service recoveries
✔️ Assisting with system testing & implementations
✔️ Ensuring top-tier quality standards at all times
