🎯 Role Overview: Internship – Service Consultant

As a Service Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of Discovery’s client engagement, handling queries from investors, brokers, and franchises while ensuring every interaction meets Discovery’s high service standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple telephonic and system-based queries

  • Resolve client issues efficiently with a client-centric approach

  • Ensure accurate logging and record-keeping of all interactions

  • Update clients on progress and outcomes

  • Adhere to risk, compliance, and service standards

  • Route queries to relevant departments when required

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Utilise Discovery systems for calls, queries, and correspondence

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔ Matric
✔ 2+ years Call Centre experience
✔ 1+ year experience in Financial Services
✔ MS Office proficiency (essential)
✔ Basic mathematical skills
✔ Broker / LISP experience (advantageous)
✔ BCom Degree (advantageous)
