🎯 Role Overview: Learner – Trainee Procurement

As a Trainee, you will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support, while gaining exposure to strategic projects, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Support strategic and operational projects
✔ Assist with reports, presentations, and documentation
✔ Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements
✔ Support risk mitigation and governance processes
✔ Track progress and provide status reports
✔ Assist senior management and cross-functional teams
✔ Ensure adherence to MTN policies, timelines, and quality standards

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Education:
• Relevant 3–4 year Degree or Diploma

Experience:
• 0–2 years work experience (graduates encouraged to apply)

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Time management & attention to detail
• Professional, agile, and deadline-driven
• Driver’s licence & own transport (advantage)
• Willingness to travel when required
