As a Finance Assistant, you’ll support the Divisional Financial Manager and play a key role in accounts processing, bookkeeping accuracy, creditors, debtors, and month-end reporting. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with numbers, systems, and structured financial processes.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage accounts payable and receivable
✔️ Reconcile creditor, debtor, inter-company & staff expense accounts
✔️ Prepare and process payment schedules
✔️ Handle financial queries and escalations
✔️ Maintain accurate Aging Analysis reports
✔️ Ensure system alignment and timely processing
✔️ Support month-end general ledger closures

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✅ Matric (Required)
✅ National Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting or Accounting Degree (Preferred)
✅ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables essential)
✅ Experience with ERP systems
✅ SAP Finance experience (Advantageous)
