FlySafair Operations is looking for a professional, customer-focused individual to join its Passenger Services team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager: Base Airport and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to passengers.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes
Clearly explain rules, terms, conditions, and procedures
Support customers during flight disruptions or cancellations
Handle confidential information responsibly
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on duty
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Airport and ticket sales experience
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong conflict resolution and customer-handling skills
