FlySafair Operations is looking for a professional, customer-focused individual to join its Passenger Services team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager: Base Airport and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to passengers.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes

  • Clearly explain rules, terms, conditions, and procedures

  • Support customers during flight disruptions or cancellations

  • Handle confidential information responsibly

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on duty

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

  • Airport and ticket sales experience

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Strong conflict resolution and customer-handling skills
