  • Greeting customers professionally and assisting with product information

  • Keeping shelves fully stocked, rotated, and neatly displayed

  • Maintaining store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

  • Checking product quality, expiry dates, and correct pricing

  • Preventing wastage, shrinkage, and damages

  • Working closely with team members and management

  • Following standard operating procedures for excellent service delivery
