As a Sales Associate at @home, you won’t just sell products — you’ll bring the brand to life. From elegant décor to functional home essentials, you’ll help customers transform their living spaces while delivering warm, welcoming, and professional service.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused retail role ideal for confident individuals who enjoy exceeding targets and making customers feel truly valued.
✨ Key Responsibilities
✔ Be the face of the brand, creating a welcoming in-store experience
✔ Match customers with products they’ll love, driving meaningful sales
✔ Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
✔ Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
✔ Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
🎓 Minimum Requirements
🔹 Matric certificate
🔹 Previous retail sales experience
🔹 Hospitality experience (advantageous)
🔹 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organisation
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a team
🔹 Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
