✨ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail & Shopper Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping visually compelling campaigns that connect brands with consumers at the point of purchase.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating on creative briefs with cross-functional teams
Translating ideas into strong visual concepts, sketches, and mood boards
Designing high-quality mock-ups, prototypes, and final digital assets
Working with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma to deliver pixel-perfect work
Presenting and refining designs based on team and client feedback
Staying ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Collaborating seamlessly while communicating progress clearly
✅ What You’ll Need to Apply
To thrive in this role, you should bring both creativity and strategy to the table.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
5–7 years’ experience as a Digital Designer (agency experience preferred)
Strong foundation in typography, colour theory, layout & UI design
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects & Figma
Motion graphics and animation skills (highly advantageous)
Solid understanding of responsive, accessible web & mobile design
A strong user-centred design mindset
Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
A powerful portfolio showcasing web, app, social & interactive work
