As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly. You’ll handle everything from employee records to recruitment support, helping different departments stay organized and compliant.
Post job ads (internal & external)
Screen CVs and applications
Schedule interviews with managers
Conduct background checks (MIE verifications)
Communicate with candidates (successful & unsuccessful)
Prepare contracts and offer letters
Coordinate IT equipment setup
Ensure all onboarding documents are completed
Work closely with HR teams and managers
Process termination documentation
Organize exit interviews
Maintain proper filing of all records
Create and maintain employee files
Ensure accurate and updated HR records
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Prepare payroll data
Handle payroll queries
Manage leave applications (within 2 days turnaround)
Coordinate staff training sessions
Track employee training participation
Compile HR training reports
Ensure all HR processes meet legal standards
Submit injury-on-duty (IOD) forms
Support Employment Equity processes
Manage uniform orders and inventory
Coordinate IT equipment allocation
Track company assets
To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:
✔️ Matric (Grade 12)
✔️ HR qualification (advantage)
✔️ Retail experience (advantage)
✔️ Strong attention to detail
