💼 What You’ll Be Doing
In this exciting role, you will:

Lead and manage distributor operations across Pampanga & Bataan

Execute category growth initiatives with cross-functional teams

Localize national strategies to help distributors hit key KPIs

Ensure perfect stock availability, replenishment, and on-shelf execution

Implement distributor turnaround strategies and support profitability goals

Collaborate closely with the Channels team to drive performance
🔍 Who They’re Looking For
You’re a great fit if you have:
✔️ 3–5 years of Account Management experience handling distributors
✔️ Strong operational and analytical skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔️ A passion for high performance and action-driven execution
✔️ A valid driver’s license & ability to work field-based in Pampanga/Bataan
