🌟 About the Role

Pedros is searching for a dynamic, detail-driven Commercial Administrator to support the expansion of its retail product range across SA and selected regional markets. This hybrid, hands-on position is perfect for someone who loves blending administration, sales support, and merchandising execution.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Merchandising Support:

  • Support retail sales strategies and growth initiatives

  • Build strong partnerships with buyers & store managers

  • Track market trends and competitor activity

  • Assist with in-store merchandising & category management

  • Support pricing, promotions & retail trading terms

Administrative Excellence:

  • Prepare quotes, agreements, pricing sheets & documentation

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders & internal approvals

  • Maintain accurate commercial records

Data & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs, pricing, sales performance & stock levels

  • Prepare reports and dashboards

  • Support budget monitoring and cost accuracy

Client & Supplier Liaison:

  • Coordinate orders, deliveries & documentation

  • Manage client queries professionally

  • Support commercial managers with follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail sales or merchandising

  • FMCG experience is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication, analytical & negotiation skills

  • Confident with documentation, reporting & sales tracking

  • Able to work independently and in a team
