🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years senior experience in underwriting, legal, reinsurance, or CUO environments.

• Strong background in specialist risks and reinsurance placement.

• A Business or Legal degree, with added management development training.

• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building excellence.
