🔐 About the Role

As a Tactical Officer, you’ll be part of a specialized unit ensuring the safety and compliance of multiple client sites across the East Rand. Your mission? To maintain order, respond swiftly to incidents, and represent Fidelity with professionalism and integrity.

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Grade A PSIRA accredited and registered with Response

  • 3+ years of experience in the security industry

  • No criminal record and willing to undergo regular checks

  • Physically fit, not afraid of heights

  • Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence (2+ years old)

  • Firearm Competency (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle for Business Purposes)

  • Dog Handler Certificate

  • Must reside in or near the East Rand/Heidelberg area

  • Computer literacy and estate/retail experience are advantages

  • Conduct patrols, safeguard premises, and manage access control

  • Respond to alarms and security incidents

  • Maintain detailed reporting and registers

  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional service delivery
