🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store:

  • Maximizing sales with confidence and professionalism

  • Delivering exceptional customer service — every customer, every time

  • Managing stock, displays, price tags, and store presentation

  • Handling payments (cash & card) with accuracy and integrity

  • Guiding shoppers toward the right products with friendly expertise

  • Keeping the showroom clean, fresh, and engaging

  • Staying alert to store security and preventing loss

  • Keeping up with promotions, new products, and merchandising updates

  • Solving customer queries, handling complaints, and delivering solutions

🎓 What You Need to Qualify

  • Matric essential

  • 2–3 years of retail sales experience

  • Mattress or furniture sales experience required

  • Computer literate

  • Strong communication & telephone etiquette

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Friendly, calm, and confident with the public

  • Physically fit — this is an active, on-your-feet role

  • Inventory and stock-handling knowledge

Preference will be given to candidates aligned with the Employment Equity Act.
