π§© What You’ll Be Doing
As the Manager: Assessing, you will:
Drive national operational performance for Assessing & Loss Adjusting
Lead audits, authorisations, and escalations
Mentor assessors, loss adjusters, claims teams & service providers
Resolve complex Homeowners Insurance claims with specialised expertise
Strengthen customer satisfaction through world-class service delivery
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence
π What You Need to Qualify
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
Leadership-related Diploma/Degree
FAIS Compliant
Experience:
5+ years in a Leadership role
5+ years as a Building Assessor
3+ years in Short-Term Insurance
