📋 Minimum Requirements

✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ Valid Driver’s License (2+ years)
✅ PSIRA Grade B (Armed Response)
✅ Valid Firearm Competency for Business Use
✅ Clear Criminal Record
✅ Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

⚙️ Key Duties

  • Lead daily inspection parades and ensure discipline within the team.

  • Oversee deployment and operation of armed response vehicles.

  • Manage shifts, leave schedules, and performance assessments.

  • Handle administrative tasks — time sheets, overtime, and vehicle maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate firearm records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

  • Act as a role model for Fidelity’s values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence.
