💼 What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate and manage the operational heartbeat of the study, including:

• Setting and tracking recruitment, enrolment, and retention targets

• Overseeing mixed-methods research activities

• Managing and supporting field workers

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day study operations

• Coordinating participant visits and study appointments

• Conducting training for teams (protocols, SOPs, SSP)

• Handling ethics, regulatory compliance, and data reviews

• Maintaining accurate study documentation and progress reports

• Facilitating meetings and engaging with community and government partners

🎓 Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you should have:

• Matric certificate

• Fluency in English and/or Zulu/Sesotho

• 1–2 years’ experience managing research studies or fieldwork

WHC is looking for someone who brings strong organization and communication skills — plus extra attributes such as:
