πΌ What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate and manage the operational heartbeat of the study, including:

Setting and tracking recruitment, enrolment, and retention targets
-
Overseeing mixed-methods research activities
-
Managing and supporting field workers
-
Ensuring smooth day-to-day study operations
-
Coordinating participant visits and study appointments
-
Conducting training for teams (protocols, SOPs, SSP)
-
Handling ethics, regulatory compliance, and data reviews
-
Maintaining accurate study documentation and progress reports
-
Facilitating meetings and engaging with community and government partners

π Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you should have:

Matric certificate
-
Fluency in English and/or Zulu/Sesotho
-
1–2 years’ experience managing research studies or fieldwork
