💼 What You’ll Do

As a Lead Industrial Engineer, you’ll:

  • Drive LEAN transformation and foster a high-performance production culture

  • Lead process optimization projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and introduce modern manufacturing methods

  • Manage time and motion studies, line balancing, and layout design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results

🎓 What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Technology

  • 5–8 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering (furniture industry preferred)

  • Proven track record in LEAN principles, process optimisation, and quality control

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software

  • Familiarity with ERP systems
