### ✅ Minimum Requirements
* **Matric**
* **Valid Driver’s Licence**
* **3+ years’ experience** as a Tractor Driver

### 🛠️ Skills & Knowledge Needed
* Ability to maintain a healthy and safe work environment
* Strict adherence to **bio-security measures**
* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to work **long and flexible hours**

### 📌 Key Responsibilities
* Collect and dispose of refuse
* Transport materials as needed
* Cut grass and maintain property
* Attend to boilers, clear ash, and manage coal bunkers
* Maintain tractor, trailer, and equipment
* Collect/deliver spares, goods, and important documents
* Provide relief for the Utility Driver when required
