  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver top-tier service.

  • Managing merchandising and visual displays that make our store stand out.

  • Driving sales performance through key metrics like turnover, rewards, and new accounts.

  • Creating a customer-first culture where every shopper feels like a champion.

🎓 What You’ll Need

  • A Matric certificate (essential).

  • 3+ years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • A passion for sports, style, and motivating others to achieve greatness.
