### 🔍 **Role Purpose:**
As a QA Monitor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring full adherence to **Rainbow’s Total Integrated Management System**, helping the team deliver safe, high-quality poultry products that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.
### 🎓 **Minimum Qualifications:**
* Matric with **Maths and Science**
* **Poultry Meat Examiner/Inspector** qualification
### 💼 **Experience & Skills Required:**
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar QA/QC role
* Strong **mathematical and literacy skills**
* **Computer literacy** (advantageous)
* Great **interpersonal and communication skills**
* **Integrity, attention to detail**, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a **By-Product plant** will be an advantage
### 🧩 **Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor online quality and complete daily check sheets
* Test poultry products to ensure they meet **specifications and standards**
* Report deviations and follow up on **corrective actions**
* Ensure compliance with **ISO, GMP, and HACCP practices**
* Prepare quality reports and graphs for management and audit purposes
* Maintain excellent **housekeeping and hygiene standards**
