✅ Minimum Requirements:

Relevant NQF 7 qualification in Education, Humanities, or Project Management

5+ years of management experience in a project-driven environment

Strong budget, expenditure, and risk management expertise

Advanced computer literacy and excellent communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Proven track record in managing complex projects and teams

Lead and oversee projects from start to finish

Manage stakeholder relations with clients and funders

Supervise and develop the project team

Maintain strict quality and compliance standards

Oversee learner recruitment, training provider management, and M&E processes
