💼 Position: Operations Manager
📍 Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
💰 Salary: R252 000 – R258 000 per annum
🕓 Type: Permanent

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all client security needs are efficiently and professionally met

Maintain strong client relationships and uphold Fidelity’s high service standards

Evaluate and improve service delivery
-
Oversee security staff performance and operational excellence
-
Manage administration, incident reporting, and liaise with management daily
🧠 Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric & PSIRA Grade A certification
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security industry
-
Proven Operational Management and People Leadership skills
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality standards
-
Firearm competency, computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license
-
Own reliable transport
