💼 About the Role:

As the Creditors Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing supplier payments, leading a team of Accounts Payable Clerks, and ensuring smooth financial operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily supplier payments and maintaining accurate supplier age analysis

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 3 Accounts Payable Clerks

  • Building strong supplier relationships and resolving payment queries efficiently

  • Ensuring accurate month-end reporting and financial controls

  • Supporting internal and external audits

  • Driving improvements in AP systems and processes (SYSPRO experience is a plus!)

🎓 What You’ll Need:

  • Grade 12 + Certificate/Diploma in Finance or Business Administration

  • 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable (3+ years in a supervisory role)

  • Strong Excel skills & experience in retail environments preferred

  • Finance Degree or SAIPA accreditation – advantageous

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
