As part of TikTok’s Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team, you’ll:

  • Lead government relations and public policy strategies across Sub-Saharan Africa.

  • Anticipate and advise on emerging policy, regulatory, and political trends that shape the tech landscape.

  • Represent TikTok at key regional forums, helping build trust and understanding of the platform’s role in society.

  • Guide local teams in managing regulatory risks and advocacy campaigns that support sustainable growth.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in government relations, advocacy, or public policy — ideally in tech, media, or telecommunications.

  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and political ecosystem in Sub-Saharan Africa.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • A Master’s degree in law, public policy, or international relations (or equivalent experience).
