As a General Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a great in-store experience by:
✅ Delivering friendly, professional customer service
✅ Ensuring stock is well-merchandised and safely displayed
✅ Maintaining excellent housekeeping in your department
✅ Following Safety (OHSA) guidelines to protect customers and colleagues
✅ Reporting damaged stock and ensuring all items are accurately priced

🎓 What You’ll Need

To qualify, you should have:

  • Minimum Grade 10 / NQF Level 3 with 1 year of related experience, or Grade 12 with no experience required

  • Fluent communication skills in English and the local language

  • A valid South African ID or work permit

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Ability to perform basic calculations and work well under pressure
