🔎 Your Main Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality forensic investigations into market abuse cases.

Gather and analyze admissible evidence.

Interview witnesses and investigated parties under oath.

Draft clear, evidence-based investigation reports.

Lead enforcement actions — including administrative penalties and debarments.
💡 What You’ll Need:

LLB or BCom degree (Law, Forensic, or Accounting background).

5+ years’ experience in litigation, prosecution, or forensic investigation.

Admitted attorney or advocate (advantageous).

Strong understanding of law of evidence and financial sector laws.

Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
