### 💼 What You’ll Do:
As a **Data Governance & Reporting Analyst**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, security, and accuracy of business data. You’ll design dashboards, analyze trends, and transform raw data into powerful insights that drive decision-making.
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce **data governance standards** and best practices
* Ensure **data accuracy, consistency, and compliance** with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA
* Design and maintain **dashboards and reports** using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
* Conduct **data quality assessments** and recommend improvements
* Automate reporting processes to save time and enhance efficiency
### 🎓 What You’ll Need:
* A degree or equivalent business experience
* At least **3 years in information technology**
* **3+ years’ experience** using Power BI, Tableau, or CRMA
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
