### 🔍 Job Overview
As a **Finance Officer III**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, managing **creditors, debtors, payroll, and reconciliations**. This role requires **strong Excel skills**, knowledge of **Sage X3**, and the ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
### 📋 Minimum Requirements
✅ Grade 12 with a **relevant tertiary qualification**
✅ **Valid Driver’s License**
✅ **Advanced Excel** and computer literacy
✅ Minimum **2 years’ experience** in full creditors/debtors function
✅ Strong **administration and problem-solving** skills
✅ Knowledge of **Sage (X3)**
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff & clients
### 💼 Key Responsibilities
* Process **Debtors & Creditors** functions
* Handle **Payroll**, **Fuel Stock**, and **Reconciliations**
* Compile **Journals** and manage **Sage X3** entries
* Maintain **vehicle maintenance files** and accurate financial records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines
