🔧 Position: Alarm & CCTV Service Technician
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Division: Fidelity ADT

💼 What You’ll Do:
As part of the Fidelity ADT technical team, you’ll:
-
Service and maintain alarm systems for homes, businesses, and industrial clients.

Handle programming, installations, fault-finding, and CCTV setups.
-
Complete job cards, reports, and client quotations with precision.
-
Work standby shifts and ensure every system meets ADT quality standards.
🎓 What You Need:
-
Matric or equivalent qualification
-
5+ years’ experience as an Alarm Technician
-
PSIRA Registration (Grade E) – essential
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Strong knowledge of DSC, FBI, CADDX, IDS, Paradox, and Texecom systems
-
Experience with CCTV, intercoms, and access control systems
