### 🎯 What You’ll Do


* Conduct **psychological and diagnostic assessments** to support people decisions.

* Deliver **leadership and behavioural assessment** services.

* Contribute to **talent identification, development**, and **organizational growth**.

* Support **research, practice enhancement**, and **internship programmes** for psychometry and industrial psychology.


### 🎓 Minimum Requirements


* **Qualification:** B Hons Degree in Organisational & Industrial Psychology (NQF8 with 480 credits).

* **Registration:** HPCSA as **Independent Psychometrist (PMT)** or **Industrial Psychologist (PS)**.

* **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in **psychological assessment and diagnostic services** within an organizational environment.
